Started with the science of baking, Chef Leonardo Frias has worked in the food industry since he was 14,

When 16 years old he moved to America and was raised by Greeks where he learned

the art of Mediterranean cuisine. After obtaining his culinary degree he moved to Charleston and

started Platia Food truck which is an extension of his life and passion for the love of making food.
